29 CFR  1926.1060(a): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders which would instruct each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize hazards related to ladders:   a) 70 Rochester Drive, Brick, NJ - The employer did not provide the employees with ladder hazard recognition training, for employees who use portable extension ladders on the worksite, thus exposing employees to fall hazards. An employee working for the company suffered leg injuries when he fell from the ladder while removing siding. This condition was noted on or about October 17, 2024.  NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
