29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:   a) Penn Sauna Corp. DBA Baltic Leisure located at or near 601 Lincoln Street, Oxford, PA 19363 - On or about October 18, 2024, a written Hazard Communication Program was not provided where employees are exposed to hazardous chemicals during the fabrication, assembly, and finishing of natural wood products. Employees are exposed to chemicals including but not limited to the following:  -n-butyl acetate, isobutanol, ethylbenzene, as contained in Mohawk Finishing Systems Duracoat Pre-Catalyzed Matte 20 Sheen. -Alkyl glucoside, sodium carbonate, C9-C11 fatty alcohol ethoxylate, as contained in Harvia Sauna Cleanser - T8503.930 T8503. -Acetone, propane,n-butyl acetate, as contained in Painter's Touch 2X Ultra Cover Semi-Gloss Clear -Polypropylene glycol alkyl phenyl ether, 2-methoxymethylthoxypropanol, as contained in Arroyo 1K Waterborne Clear Topcoat V140954. -etc.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:   a) Penn Sauna Corp. DBA Baltic Leisure located at or near 601 Lincoln Street, Oxford, PA 19363 - On or about October 18, 2024, employees were not provided effective information and training on the hazardous chemicals in their work areas.
