OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to burns from accidental contact with hot steam pipes:   a) 7070 E. Lowry Blvd., DENVER, CO 80230: On or about October 16, 2024, Wilding Brands LLC dba Denver Beer Company, did not ensure brewing employees were protected from burn hazards associated with contacting uninsulated or unguarded hot liquor tank lines in the vicinity of employee work areas.

29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye:   a) 7070 E Lowry Blvd, DENVER, CO 80230: On September 28th, 2024, Wilding Brands LLC DBA Denver Beer Company failed to report a work-related hospitalization within 24 hours of the injury occurring. The event occurred on September 27, 2024, at approximately 2:30 PM and OSHA was not notified until October 4, 2024, at 11:50 AM.
