In front of the new house at lot 230 - On or about October 21, 2024, employees were using a DeWalt circular saw for cutting sheathing to size. The plug set for the saw was missing the grounding pin, exposing employees to an electrical hazard.    Corrected During Inspection

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  a. Lot 230 Highland Way - On or about October 21, 2024, employees working on the roof of the multilevel new build house engaged in sheathing work, were using a Louisville 24-foot portable extension ladder that had not been adjusted to three feet above the landing.
