On October 21, 2024, a worker was exposed to an 8-hour time weighted average carbon monoxide level of 96.8 ppm, approximately 1.94 times the OSHA PEL of 50 ppm, where exhaust from a gas-powered generator entered the workspace. The exposure level was calculated based on the % carboxyhemoglobin (COHb) level in the worker's blood.  b. a. On October 21, 2024, a worker was exposed to an 8-hour time weighted average carbon monoxide level of 324.9 ppm, approximately 6.50 times the OSHA PEL of 50 ppm, where exhaust from a gas-powered generator entered the workspace. The exposure level was calculated based on the % carboxyhemoglobin (COHb) level in the worker's blood.  c. On October 21, 2024, a worker was exposed to an 8-hour time weighted average carbon monoxide level of 142.0 ppm, approximately 2.84 times the OSHA PEL of 50 ppm, where exhaust from a gas-powered generator entered the workspace. The exposure level was calculated based on the % carboxyhemoglobin (COHb) level in the worker's blood.
