OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the struck-by or crushing hazards when operating a forklift without the use of a restraint device:   a) On November 21, 2024, and times prior thereto, employees operated the Case (588H) forklift without the use of a seatbelt.  b) On November 21, 2024, and times prior thereto, employees operated the CDS708E forklift without the use of a seatbelt.  NOTE: Certification of corrective action (abatement) is required for this item.
