29 CFR  1926.451(b)(2): Scaffold platforms and walkways were not at least 18 inches wide:  On or about October 23rd, 2024,  at or near 11315 Frankford Ave, Lubbock TX on the roof of an awning, employees utilizing a JLG RT2669 scissor lift were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 20ft due to scaffold platforms not being at least 18 inches wide while installing braces.
