OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that, employees were exposed to struck-by and crush-by hazards when retrieving boxes and products from the rack systems that were not anchored with bolts to the floor.   a. At the warehouse located at 608 Packard Ct., Safety Harbor, FL 34695: As observed or about, October 29, 2024; employees working around the warehouse were exposed to crushed-by and struck-by hazards, in that the industrial shelving used to store product and material was not bolted to the floor.

29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  a. For the shop location at 608 Packard Ct., Safety Harbor, FL 34695, on or about October 29, 2024, a written hazard communication program was not maintained at the workplace where employees worked with chemicals such as, but not limited to, ethanol and piperidine carboxylic acid.
