29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1):  Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  a) Production Area, East Wall: On or about October 30, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to machine hazards, in that access to the main electrical disconnects for equipment including, but not limited to, the Kingston Bandsaw Serial Number 13918 was obstructed by a metal work bench which may delay or prevent isolation of electrical supply in an emergency involving the machine.
