Exposure levels were determined based on vapor/volume calculations and review of biomedical data from the exposed employee. The employee had a work-related incident on 10/29/2024. OSHA became aware of the employees' death by the NYC Office of Chief Medical Examiner on 10/30/2024 at 4:21am.   ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND/OR DOCUMENTATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19 FOR THIS VIOLATION.
