The employer did not ensure that each operator is trained, certified/ licensed, and evaluated in accordance with this section before operating any equipment covered under subpart CC, except for the equipment listed in paragraph (a)(2) of this section.  a) New residential construction located at 101 Briarwood East, Dawsonville, GA 30534, Top: On or about 10/31/2024, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while swinging and installing roof trusses with a truck-mounted mobile crane, in that the crane operator was not certified or licensed to operate the hydraulic boom crane.
