29 CFR  1926.501(b)(4)(ii):Each employee on a walking/working surface was not protected from tripping in or stepping into or through holes by covers:  a) On or about  10/20/24, at building 2 first floor area  of the site, Batavia, NY. Stairway landing, that was 40x144 inches and 4-inch deep,  was not covered to prevent trip and fall hazard. Stairway landing  hole was on first floor, where there were active work by different trades.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
