29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):  a) 6355 N. Saylon St, Denver CO: On or about October 8, 2024, and at times prior, Trammell Crow Denver Inc, as a controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of Thomas Construction Company LLC, were safe from health and safety hazards by conducting effective frequent and regular safety inspections of the jobsite by a competent person, and ensuring hazards, such as but not limited to fall hazards were identified and mitigated while subcontractor employees were conducting residential roofing operations.
