29 CFR  1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe:  a)  At 3237 Mountain Laurel Trl, Lot 10G Iron Rock, Cantonment, Florida:  On November 5, 2024; the employer allowed his employee to operate a skill saw on site with the guard wedged up exposing the blade and exposing his employee to a struck-by hazard.
