29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(7): Care was not exercised in placing, lashing, or holding a ladder with slip-resistant feet that was used on a slippery surface. Location - Worksite. On or about November 5, 2025, an employee was on a ladder that was not secured. The ladder slid on the slippery surface and the employee fell to ground level.
