Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  A): 93 Bajart Place, Yonkers - NY: An employee was exposed to head injuries while in a bucket truck and in close proximity to tree branches above while conducting tree branch removal activities. The employee was not protected by a hard hat or protective helmet, on or about, November 5th, 2024.
