29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  Worksite: 89 Steward Ave, Hicksville, NY 11801  On or about 11/06/2024,  employees were framing the roof of a two-story residential building. Employees were not utilizing a means of fall protection and were exposed to falling approximately 20 ft to the ground below.  Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
