29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(A)(1): When an unqualified person was working in an elevated position near overhead lines with voltages to ground rated at 50 kV or below, the location was not such that the person and the longest conductive object he or she could contact was at least 10 feet from any unguarded, energized overhead line:    a) On or about October 29, 2024, at 109 Saint Cloud Lane, Boca Raton, FL 33431,  tree climbers performing trimming  inside a tree canopy were exposed to electrocution hazards,  in that the employer did not ensure that tree branches were at least 10 feet away from an unguarded energized overhead powerline.
