29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:  a) 2015 Charlette Dr, Billings, MT:  On or about November 6, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to catapult and subsequent fall hazards of approximately 10 feet to the ground below while operating a Genie Aerial Lift Model 53165 to attach barrier paper to the side of a residential apartment building.   Premier Builders was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1662663, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/05/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 610 South 44th St. Bldg 12, Billings, MT 59106.
