29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:     a) On or about November 07, 2024, employees were exposed to eye injury while operating a pneumatic nail gun without eye protection during framing work.  No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  On or about November 07, 2024, employees performing carpentry work were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet to the ground.  b) On or about November 07, 2024, employees were not protected from fall hazards of approximately 22 feet to the ground while working near an unprotected wall opening.    No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
