1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stair rail system along each unprotected side or edge: a) New multi-family residential job site located at 283 Capitol Avenue Winder, Georgia 30680: On or about 11/7/2024, and times prior, the employer exposed employees of all trades to fall hazards of up to approximately 12 feet to the lower ground level in that stair rails were not installed along open sides of the stairway located between the first and second levels.
