1910.22(a)(3)  (3) Walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice. 29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  On or about November 8, 2024, at a designated wash out area, an employee cleaned near an internal, rotating cement drum blade that did not have adequate guarding in place.
