29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): The employer did not assure shall assure that portable fire extinguishers are subjected to an annual maintenance check.   On or about November 14, 2024, at the Tasting Room at the Mill, Christiansted, St. Croix, USVI, a portable fire extinguisher had an expired tag showing that an annual maintenance check took place on September 2022.
