29 CFR 1926.1417(u)(2)(i): A competent person did not supervise the operation, determine if it was necessary to reduce rated capacity, or made determinations regarding the load position, boom location, ground support, travel route, overhead obstructions, and speed of movement necessary to ensure safety:  a. In the back of the property by the pond, located at 5900 Mt. Olive Rd, Polk City, FL, 33868; on or about 11/11/2024, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that, the competent person failed to determine if the load position, boom location, and ground support were inadequate in ensuring the safety of the workers.
