29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use.  a) Knepper's Kleen Water, LLC - 2793 Wiles Rd. Chambersburg, PA 17202 - On or about November 19, 2024, employees were using corrosive chemicals including, but not limited to, calcium hypochlorite, sodium hypochlorite, muriatic acid, and caustic soda, and were not provided with an appropriate eye wash station for flushing of the eyes in the event of an emergency.  b) Knepper's Kleen Water, LLC - 2793 Wiles Rd. Chambersburg, PA 17202 - On or about November 19, 2024, employees were transporting and using corrosive chemicals at customer locations such as, but not limited to, calcium hypochlorite, sodium hypochlorite, muriatic acid, and caustic soda, and were not provided portable eye wash stations at each location.

29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l).  a) Knepper's Kleen Water, LLC - 2793 Wiles Rd. Chambersburg, PA 17202 - On or about November 19, 2024, employees were operating a Lift Truck (Model: H50XT, Serial No. A380V05781S) to move pallets and have not been trained and evaluated to ensure that each operator is competent in the operation of powered industrial trucks.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i): Respirator users were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134 when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible.  a) Knepper's Kleen Water, LLC - 2793 Wiles Rd. Chambersburg, PA 17202 - On or about November 19, 2024, employees wore a 3M N95 respirator as voluntary use, and the employer did not provide information contained in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met, and had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):  a) Knepper's Kleen Water, LLC, 2793 Wiles Road Chambersburg, PA 17202 - On or about November 19, 2024, employees used chemical, such as, but not limited to, granular activated carbon, calcium hypochlorite, sodium hypochlorite, muriatic acid, caustic soda, and hydrogen peroxide, and the employer had not developed a written hazard communication program that describes how the criteria for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met.   b) Knepper's Kleen Water, LLC, 2793 Wiles Road Chambersburg, PA 17202 - On or about November 19, 2024, employees used chemical, such as, but not limited to, granular activated carbon, calcium hypochlorite, sodium hypochlorite, muriatic acid, caustic soda, and hydrogen peroxide, and the employer had not developed a written hazard communication program with a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
