29 CFR 1910.1025(c)(1): Employees were exposed to lead at concentrations greater than fifty micrograms per cubic meter of air averaged over an eight-hour period: a) On or about March 31, 2025 at 3130 SW 19th Street #453, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009, an employee engaged in lead reclamation inside the gun range had an 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA) exposure to lead of 3900.418 micrograms per cubic meter, which is approximately 78.01 times the permissible exposure limit (PEL) of 50 micrograms per cubic meter. The employee was monitored for 188 minutes, and zero exposure was assumed for any un-sampled period of 8 hours. b) On or about March 31, 2025 at 3130 SW 19th Street #453, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009, an employee engaged in lead reclamation inside the gun range had an 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA) exposure to lead of 4073.001 micrograms per cubic meter, which is approximately 81.46 times the permissible exposure limit (PEL) of 50 micrograms per cubic meter.
