29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1):The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE):  a) Warehouse - On or about November 20, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical and eye hazards in that, the employer failed to assess the workplace to determine and provide personal protection equipment (PPE) to employees handling the products and working in the painting area.

29 CFR  1910.30(a)(1): The employer did not provide training to each employee who uses personal fall protection systems prior to being exposed to a fall hazard:    a) Warehouse - On or about November 20, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that, the employees were not provided with training for use of personal fall protection systems while employees operating Raymond standup forklifts and using  personal fall protection systems.

29 CFR  1910.134(c)(2)(i): Respirator users were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134 when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible:   a) Warehouse/paint area - On or about November 20, 2024, employer exposed employees to respiratory hazards in that, the employer failed to provides employees with the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134  when they were permitted to use respirators  voluntarily at the paint area.
