1926.20(b)(2) : The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s)  A.) Thunder in the Sky LLC, 3711 W 12th Street, Erie PA 16509, On or about 11/20/24 and times prior thereto: employees were exposed to struck by hazards while walking and working under previously set wood framed scissor trusses that did not have adequate temporary bracing in that the trusses were lacking top cord bracing.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation.  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. IN ADDITION, abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic, or video evidence or abatement or other written records.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  A.)	A.) Thunder in the Sky LLC, 3711 W 12th Street, Erie PA 16509, On or about 11/20/24 and times prior thereto: Employees were walking and working on second story of a building with no fall protection.  Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 15 feet.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
