29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section:  a) 1354 Colleton Ct. Semmes, AL.; On or about November 21, 2024, and at times prior, the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 8 feet 9 inches to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a) 1354 Colleton Ct. Semmes, AL; On or about November 21, 2024; and at times prior, the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities without first ensuring his employees were trained on the hazards associated with falls to include but not limited to setting up and inspecting fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 8 feet 9 inch to the ground below.
