29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1)(iii):The employer did not ensure that at least one entrance of sufficient area was provided to give access to the working space about electric equipment 600 Volts, nominal, or less.  a) On or about November 21, 2024, at the jobsite: the access to the electrical panel boxes was restricted and reduced to a small 10" gap between the protective railing and a sprinkler system pipe, exposing employees to electric shock and burn hazards.    Trader Joe's East Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.303(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1737000, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08-22-2024, with respect to a workplace located at 205 Summit Boulevard, BIRMINGHAM, AL 35243.
