29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A):Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function: (Construction Reference 1926.103)(a) Location- 660 Massachusetts Ave, Boston, MA On or about November 22, 2024, an employee was expose to health hazards relating to silicosis when utilizing a handheld grinder while tuckpointing and using a respirator with facial hair that would interfere with the seal or valve function of a respirator
