29 CFR  1910.303(b)(1)(i): Electric equipment was not suitable for installation and use in conformity with the provisions of this subpart and not free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:  On or about November 26, 2024, the employer failed to ensure that  the 120V electrical panel box located in Plant #2 at near the back door entrance by the emergency exit door and the Fastenal PPE dispenser vending machines, was kept close and secured when not in use.  Employees are exposed to electrical shock in that the panel door was not closed and secured.

29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1)(i)(C):  For electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the width of work space was not clear and did not extend from the grade, floor, or platform to the height required by this paragraph:    On or about November 26, 2024, the employer failed to ensure that  the 120V electrical panel box located in Plant #2 at near the back door entrance by the emergency exit door and the Fastenal PPE dispenser vending machines, was unblocked and had sufficient clearance around the box for safe access.
