Florham Park, NJ 07932.  a: The employer failed to ensure employee(s) were protected from hazards associated with falls while working on elevated surfaces.  An employee engaged in festive light installation was exposed to fall hazards of 21 feet to the ground below when the worker failed to utilize employer provided fall protection.  Condition noted on or about 11/30/2024
