29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a)  NOTE TO CSHO: USE THIS OPTION ONLY IN CASES WHERE THE INFEASIBILITY/GREATER HAZARD EXCEPTION IS NOT IN ISSUE.  On or about and at times before December 2, 2024, at the worksite located at 1823 Farm Rd 197, SPRINGFIELD, MO 65802, employees conducting framing activities were exposed to fall hazards. The employer did not ensure each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b).
