Authorized employees are required to conduct and direct service and maintenance activities on machinery including the Tsune TK50, Amanda CMII 75DG/100DG, & Nishijimax NHC-100ND, with energy sources including, but not limited to, Electrical, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic.

The existing guard was ineffective and resulted in an amputation injury.
