29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use.   On or about December 5th, 2024, employees engaged in vehicle maintenance activities in the facility located at 8200 Park View Blvd, LaVista, Nebraska 68128, were exposed to corrosive hazards in that the employer was using Super Clean corrosive to clean the shop floors on a daily basis. The employer did not provide the employees with an eye wash station.
