29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  (a)	On or about December 5, 2024, employees doing roof work on a commercial new build Chilis Restaurant steep 6:12 pitch roof and did not have personal fall arrest system, guardrail system or safety net.
