29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems:  a) 824 N. Ferdon Blvd Crestview FL. 32536, On or about December 4, 2024, and at times prior to, the employer allowed their employees to perform roofing activities such as replacing shingles on a roof that was 15 feet 3 inches from the lowest eave to the ground with a 4 on 12 pitch without requiring the use of fall protection exposing the employees to fall hazards.
