29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): The clearance between scaffolds and 13.2-kVolts power lines was not a minimum of 10 feet when scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they or any conductive material handled on them might come closer to the exposed and energized power lines:  On or about 10/21/2024 and at times prior, at the jobsite located at 1132 SE 6th Terrace, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33316, subcontractor employees were exposed to an electrocution hazard while erecting a scaffold and working from a scaffold in close proximity to energized overhead powerlines rated at 13.2-kVolts.
