Employees were not informed of the following requirements of this section included in 1910.1200(h)(1)(i)- 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv):  a) Worksite, downstairs packing department, on or about December 10, 2024 - Employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to: High Mod Clear R4421 (E6000), DC 15089 Silaprene adhesive which contained toluene and solvent naphtha, Crystal Clean a solvent degreaser which contained 100% petroleum, and IPA 99% which contained isopropyl alcohol during tube filler tasks. The employer did not provide information and training designed to cover categories of hazards (e.g., flammability, carcinogenicity) or specific chemicals; location and availability of the written hazard communication program and the relevant SDS sheets, nor the measures employees can take to protect themselves from chemical hazards, including specific procedures the employer had implemented to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures and personal protective equipment to be used.
