Location - Worksite. On or about December 13, 2024, a competent person did not perform a frequent and regular inspection of the jobsite to identify safety and health hazards such as employee(s) not wearing fall protection when working/walking greater than 16' above lower level. An employee fell to lower level and was hospitalized.
