Openings in the guarding did not meet the specifications of table O-10 of the standards.   c) On or about December 10, 2025 the employer did not ensure that effective guarding was in place on the #51 Komatsu mechanical power press. Employees operated the press using foot pedal actuation methods at which time the light curtains and barrier guarding did not prevent the employee from reaching the point of operation. Openings in the guarding did not meet the specifications of table O-10 of the standards.
