29 CFR  1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe condition(s) and the regulation(s) applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazard(s) or other exposure to illness or injury.  On or about December 16, 2024, on the residential property where a tractor was being used to clear debris, including but not limited to sections of downed fencing, employees were not trained to recognize and avoid unsafe conditions when a worker went under the elevated bucket of the skid steer tractor the employer was operating to remove a piece of wood.
