The employer did not ensure that affected employees completed bloodborne pathogens training prior to initial hire, on or about 12/18/24.

29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  a) Facility-Wide: Laboratory: Employees are required to work with hazardous chemicals and substances, including, but not limited to, isopropyl alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, Sporox II sterilize and disinfectant solution, and Alconox. The employer did not provide information and training on the safe methods to use when handling hazardous chemicals, upon initial hire, on or about 12/18/24.
