29 CFR  1910.1025(j)(2)(i)(B):The employer did not make available biological monitoring in the form of blood sampling and analysis for lead and zinc protoporphyrin levels available at least every 2 months to employees whose last blood sample indicated a blood lead level at or above 40 micrograms per 100 grams of whole blood:  a.  On or about December 4, 2024, an employee was not provided with biological monitoring in the form of blood sampling and analysis conducted to determine the lead and zinc protoporphyrin levels of the employee.  The employee had completed biological monitoring which included blood lead and zinc protoporphyrin levels on October 4, 2024 indicating a blood lead level greater than 40 micrograms per 100 grams of whole blood.  The repeat blood lead biological monitoring for the exposed employee had not been completed within 2 months of detection of blood lead levels greater than 40 micrograms per 100 grams of whole blood.
