29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which described how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200 paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training would be met: a) Dixie Land Energy LLC located at or near 80 Nottingham Drive, Nottingham, PA 19362 - On or about December 18, 2024 , a written Hazard Communication Program was not provided where employees are exposed to hazardous chemicals while transferring chemical products from containers and moving containers during warehousing activities. Employees are exposed to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to the following: -Zink alkyldithiophosphate, hydrotreated heavy paraffinic distillates, and catalytic dewaxed heavy paraffin oils, as contained in Duron SHP 15W-40. -Polyolefin polyamine succinimide, hindered alkylphenol, as contained in Sentron TM/MC LD 8000. -Ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, and sodium nitrite, as contained in Prime Guard Green 50/50 antifreeze/coolant. -Propane, as contained in cylinder tanks -etc.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3): The employee training did not include the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i) through (h)(3)(iv): a) Dixie Land Energy LLC located at or near 80 Nottingham Drive, Nottingham, PA 19362 - On or about December 18, 2024, employees exposed to hazardous chemicals while transferring chemical products from containers and moving containers during warehousing activities were not provided with the required elements of the training program.
