29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1):Platform(s) on all working levels of scaffolds, were not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and guardrail supports as follows: a.) At the worksite, located at 3543 NE Tenth Pl Cape Coral, FL 33909- BLDG 2 Front side; On or about 12/17/24; the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that employees were conducting stucco operations on a newly constructed apartment building approximately 7 ft, 13 ft and 20 ft from a supported scaffold platform that was not fully planked on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th levels. b.) At the worksite, located at 3543 NE Tenth Pl Cape Coral, FL 33909- BLDG 2 Back side; On or about 12/17/24; the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that employees were conducting stucco operations on a newly constructed apartment building approximately 7 ft, 13 ft and 21 ft from a supported scaffold platform that was not fully planked on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th levels.

29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1):When scaffold platforms were more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access, portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from other scaffold, structure, personnel hoist, or similar surface was not used. Crossbraces were used as a means of access. a.) At the worksite, located at 3543 NE Tenth Pl Cape Coral, FL 33909- BLDG 2 Front side; On or about 12/17/24; the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that employees were conducting stucco operations on a newly constructed apartment building approximately 7 ft, 13 ft and 20 ft from a supported scaffold platform that did not contain a ladder system to access the platforms. b.) At the worksite, located at 3543 NE Tenth Pl Cape Coral, FL 33909- BLDG 2 Back side; On or about 12/17/24; the employer exposed employee to fall hazards of approximately 13ft, 14ft, 15ft, 20ft and 21ft, in that, two supported scaffolds were bridged with a walking platform without a full guardrail system in order to conduct stucco work operations on a newly built residential apartment building.
