29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:  On or about December 18, 2024, employees working in the front area of the refrigerated warehouse were exposed to fire-related hazards and the employer did not ensure the emergency exit next to the Straw-ber-rita and Lim-a-rita products was unobstructed.  A partial pallet of Lim-a-rita cans, a broom, dust pan, and pole were being stored in the doorway labeled as an Emergency Exit.
