A secondary container labeled "APC" contained the hazardous substance, "Kleen Shine Kleen N Quick", manufactured by Kleen-Rite Corp. No additional hazard information was identified on the secondary container.  b) 2407 West Main Street, Ephrata, PA 17522 - Shop 2: On or about December 19, 2024, employees were exposed to chemical hazards due to an inadequately labeled secondary container. A secondary container labeled "Wax & Grease" contained the hazardous substance, "CA-90 Wax & Grease Remover", manufactured by Chemisphere Corporation. No additional hazard information was identified on the secondary container.  c) 2407 West Main Street, Ephrata, PA 17522 - Shop 2: On or about December 19, 2024, employees were exposed to chemical hazards due to an inadequately labeled secondary container. A secondary container labeled "Water Based Pre Clean 905" contained the hazardous substance, "Water Based Pre Clean", manufactured by Cumberland Products Inc. No additional hazard information was identified on the secondary container.  d) 2407 West Main Street, Ephrata, PA 17522 - Shop 2: On or about December 19, 2024, employees were exposed to chemical hazards due to an inadequately labeled secondary container. A secondary container labeled "Thinner" contained the hazardous substance, "CA-5 Thinner", manufactured by Cumberland Products Inc. No additional hazard information was identified on the secondary container.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
