29 CFR  1926.21(b)(2):The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury:  A) GZL Corporation, 5 Lindsey Drive, North Brunswick, NJ, 08902/The employer did not train employees on the selection, inspection, cautions to personnel, effects of environment, and rigging practices covered by ASME B30.26-5.7 along with the avoidance of such hazards while utilizing the Rock Exotica Pulley system and associated rope and rigging.  This exposed employees to struck by hazards.   Condition noted on or about 12/20/2024.

29 CFR  1926.501(c): When employees were exposed to falling objects, the employer did not implement one of the following measures; -1 Erect toeboards, screens, or guardrail systems to prevent objects from falling from higher levels; or, -2 Erect a canopy structure; or -3 Barricade the area to which objects could fall, prevent employees from entering the barricaded area, and keep objects away from the edge of the higher level.   A) GZL Corporation, 5 Lindsey Drive, North Brunswick, NJ, 08902/The employer did not protect employees from falling objects by utilizing a barricade or preventing employees from walking into the drop zone where objects could fall. This condition exposed employees to struck by hazards.    Hazard noted on 12/20/2024.
